Does anyone have experience in using LLRP toolkit in a SPS environment
using Step 7 and/or CoDeSys?

Sounds like the answer is no. Do these systems have a C compiler or
can link to shared libraries? If so it should be possible to use LTK
C. Otherwise a port is needed of LTK to the new language/platform.
